Returns

We desire to make the returns or exchange process easy. If you wish to return or Exchange all or a portion of your order, just email us with details related to the reason you wish to return or exchange to begin the process. We'll accept returns until 14 days of receipt. After we receive the return, you'll receive a refund or exchange. Please adhere to the Refund and Exchange Policies below:

Repair & Exchange

1. Repair and/or exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.

2. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.

3. Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered.

4. For non-defective merchandise, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size for an additional 20% re-stocking fee.

5. Not all merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production for out of stock items.

Terms of Refund

1. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 2 weeks from the dates of receipt.

2. For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number and insurance is recommended. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers)

3. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.

4. Returned items not as described in #3 will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

5. Return is free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.

6. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

7. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Any returned shipment along with COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
